At first, yeah they are nice becuase they are new. The rent is way too much for the size of the apartments. They are very small. ---- my closet is bigger. Not well built at all, and horrible layout. The area to walk the dogs is covered in ----. People are too lazy to pick up after their dogs, and the complex does nothing to enforce it.
Maintence staff is very slow about getting anything done. They pretty much rip you off. I do not know how many times caulking around the tub has replaced and still had leaking problems. No storage or cabinet space, the bathroom really sucks. Whomever built the complex cannot measure worth ----. The washer and dryer didn't even fit properly in the given space and the doors couldn't be put on to close in the washer and dryers. This place totally sucks, do not even get me started on the office staff. The only good thing was how easily I got out of the ------- lease......
