Starting to fall apart

Let's remember that apartment living is not that great to begin with. however, some places are better than others. Over the past year, I have noticed that the cleaning and maintenance (repairs) have begun to suffer. Hallway floors are wiped not vacumned. Elevators are damp mopped, not cleaned. Windows never get cleaned. Broken doors go weeks before they're fixed. Handrails in the stairwells aren't fixed for weeks. The pool shuts down for a week with no notice and no information about how long it will take to fix it.
I think it may be the new manager but I'm not sure if it's totally her fault. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
