These are the same people that used to have Casablanca apartments on Evergreen Way (I don't know what has happened to Casablanca, don't see it listed). Please bear in mind this is my experience when living in Casablanca, not Camelot. Epic tried to rip me off then put it on my credit when I refused to pay them the hundreds of dollars they said I owed for them to "clean" my apartment. They quoted me a price of approximately $50.00 to clean the carpet and then sent me a bill for several-hundred ($340.00, I think) dollars. This bill included things like $15.00 to wipe the towel bar off in the bathroom and $25.00 to wipe off the top of the refrigerator!!! No joke, I'm pretty sure I still have the bill with the itemized list if anyone would like to see it. When I approached management they were completely apathetic and refused to do ANYTHING. I still have not paid the bill and it is still on my credit (I did try through the credit bureau as well to do something, but they don't care either.) I wish I had the money to sue them but I don't... and that is exactly what they count on when they rip people off.

I think I saw it under Casa Blanca. I think that's how it's listed on apartmentratings.com. (I don't live at either property, but I'm not sure it's accurate to pin one apt's bad review on another; so I would probably think to take things like this with a grain of salt, because it could be the case, but it might not be. I can think of at least one example where an apt has gotten great reviews, and most people reviewed the property management company (a national one) as bad.) In any case, 15.00 to wipe off a towel bar is unbelievable. Sorry that happened to you!
