Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
My husband and I moved in here in the fall of 2006. As I had been out of state he chose it and did all the paperwork. First they kept pushing back our move in date, this was irritating but slightly understandable. Then, I got to come out and see our apartment, the one bedrooms are a postage stamp, the kitchen is bearly 4x3 and the 'balcony' is so rickety I hate to have to go out there. The Garage door rarely opens without you having to push your remote button a dozen times, the hallways regularly have a nasty rotten egg smell and at the time of writing this there are two areas in the stairwell that have puddles of vomit that have been there for days, yes, DAYS. The deposits are rather steep and heaven forbid you comment on the climbing rent prices (they go up each time your lease is up). This place is poorly managed, loud, (one of my 'neighbors' has loud paries and knock out drag outs with his significant other) and the walls are about as thin as tissue paper. It's placed right in front of the state emissions inspection facility. If you don't have a washer and dryer in your apartment (an extra $40/month) you must use theirs which barely fits a load in the washers and they quite happily take your 1.25 per load. There are much better apartments, stay away from anything 'Epic' owned. Do yourself a huge favor.
