I've been living here for over a year now, and haven't had any problems. Can't hear my neighbors, rent is a little steep, but you get what you pay for. Oh, and the staff is pretty nice. I haven't had any problems with them. I had a problem with the cabinet doors coming off, but they had it fixed in a day. Haven't had a chance to look at the phase 2(newer) buildings, but I hear they're relatively the same. I'd rent again from Camelot. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I always have to wonder at the Anonymous postings as it's true some of the office staff will come on here and post positive reviews to get the numbers up....
Getting what you pay for? So, since your rent is increased each time your lease comes up (ask anyone who lives here, no exaggeration) how will you feel when you're paying an additional 200-300 dollars for the postage stamp you get to live in now? And once again I will point out the vomit stain that is still quite visible in the stairwell of building B. and the theft problems. I wouldn't call this getting what you pay for. I'd expect a lot more for this amount of rent.

My girlfriend and I are living in Building E, the newest of them all. The structure itself is great but Everett folk are quickly turning it into a dump.

I've never been to building b or any of the other ones. But i do agree that since i wrote the original review here that the quality has gone down. Wet carpet and smelly hallways are the first to come to mind.
