I like Cascadia Pointe and I like the changes that have been made in the time that I've been here. I have my own parking space. The community is quiet. There isn't the riff-raff that you see at the other communities in the area because they are checking out everyone better. The new staff seems to genuinely care about the apartments and the people who live here. They have even put in a new doggy station and people are actually picking up after their pets. I hope this continues.

You are dillusional and my guess is you probably work for the apartments. This place is crap you know it and I know it.

This is the most fake review i have ever read on cascadia pointe apartments in everett WA. Do you have the wrong apartments. In the 5 months i have lived here all 3 of my neighbors on the bottom floor have moved out. I woke up one day to hot water rolling down the closet mirrors from the upstairs water heater. We had no one to call until the office opened. If you get to close to management you will hear a loud whistling noise from both Mary and Mandy. The Vaccuum that runs between thier ears. I have never met 2 people more void and vapid than the immediate management of cascadia pointe. Corporate really needs to clean this place up and i dont mean paint and new asphalt. There are people living in garages, unkept office hours, unanswered messages left, blatant discrimination of minories,I am not one but have witnessed this on more than 2 occassions. Mary and Mandy need to realize this is people home, not thier Whorey little playground!
