Once again this is another rating on a horrible horrible horrible place to live. The last managers, Mandy and Mary. Had done tons of damage to the community. My rent was paid on time and every single month was marked as being late. I informed the community that I was laid off. They refused to help me. The horrible management was fired and replaced with more from the same mold. I explained that I needed to move when my lease stopped. Now they want me to pay an extra month when I told them i'm down on my luck. Every time I go to the office for anything, whether it be repairs, billing, or anything, i'm treated like garbage. The staff is subhuman, unforgiving, Horrible evil human beings. I will never rent from anywhere that is affiliated with holland Res. They are uncaring and awful. I have tried to reach corporate for several month and they do not bother to return my calls or make themselves available. While the rest of the community rallies and suppports boeing employees. Cascadia Pointe punishes them severly for being on strike. All they care about is money. And Could care less if a family ends up homeless. Skip this place!!! I'm filled with nothing but regret and hatred fro this apartment!!!

WOW this was so not ok to post as a response. Not professional at all!!! Since this was suppose to be anonymous how do you know who this is and why would be so unproffesional as to post such personal information. Does your boss know??? Maybe they should!!!!!
