i have to agree with most of these reviews, and it is very sad. ill give you folks out there the cold hard facts to help you decide on your own,
1) ask to see the actual apartment youll be givin... before you sign the lease, they have gottin over on quite a few of us this way. its nothing like the model.
2) they paint over the mold, in the apartment if you see a nice flat white or in my case smokers white wall, and come accross a rough blotch thats the mold under the new paint. i have sence scrapped and disinfected it myself and painted somr of them.
3) top floor go-ers be perfectly aware it will rain, and soak your deck. my gutter actually leads all the roof water onto mine its great for when your water gets cut off, (free shower) lol. the deck is rottin through so that the couple below us gets driped on, O and the office and maint. know all about this and will not fix it.
4) there is not enought guest parking, they do this so you will get tired of getting towed and agree to they 20-115$ extra a month charge for another port, spot or garage.
5) ill give you a little advise, just dont do it. im a smart man, and i work hard for what i have, and i feel like an idiot for getting suckered into this place.

last here is a good example for to remember, saturday my apartment was invaded, (broken into) but i came back suddenly and the would be burlars didnt have time to take anything, none the less as perceptive as i am i did notice what happened, door was locked so they had a key, or an invisable latter to the 3 floor window. i went to the office and simply asked them to changed the lock, at that time she had told me she could not find her keys'''' well today is tuesday, i was contacted by the office and told that there would be a 40 $ charge, since nothing was stolen'''' and if i didnt pay it wouldnt happen.... or to file a police report. ( o by the way anyone can get a set of keys here long as they flash an id)
sad huh'' well there is more but its just useless agrevated me speaking my mind.

this place sucks, make the right choice.

This is such bolognia, you are the new manager and are trying to cover tracks. I lived at cascadia for over a year and dealt with worse than what this guy did. I had a mold problem and it took over 4 months to have someone do anything about it. this place is a joke and I would encourage anyone thinking they are worth 1000.00 to live in find something else. there are much better places than cascadia. I found a beautiful townhouse for a little more than that. I urge anyone and everyone to stay far away from cascadia.
