My wife and I came to Washington for the first time on a job. We arrived with a truck load of stuffs and have called ahead to meet the manager. We wait couple hours and nobody showed up. After waiting 4 hours, we saw a guy who worked there walking around so we went to talk to him. He finally called the manager cell number and was not able to get a hold with. He then called someone else and got told the manager was out. So finally, 2 girls came from some apt and helped me out.
I moved out from that apt after 1 month with no choice, parking was a hassle, couple times people parked in my stalled, towed my truck 3 times, loud noises, dog shits everywhere, electric outlet gone out several times, management didn't care. Not a good apt to live in!!!! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

"I can say they have changed for the better" and "wutever... cool beans" I sadly say Renter Beware. These would be your neighbors and probably your management. From my experience management is the only one to post anything positive about this complex. These are a few shall we call them givens.. Parking is the worst i have ever seen, and got worse when they repaved and painted the parking lot in Aug/Sept 2008. Some members of management were let go around that same time for their own lack of integrity and unprofessional ism. I had hoped this would be for the better and yet it wasn't. Just as i moved out i came to the realization that leasing agents have the same qualification as Fast Food employees and the ones at cascadia pointe lack customer service. A few more givens: you will be lured into a contract with sweet smiles and a false sense of security. (The front gates don't work) Yours or your neighbors vehicles will be stolen or vandalized as is common in everett, but not helped by the "Fake" front gates. Once contractually owned you will be treated badly, disrespected, repairs will take forever, and management will be hard to find. Their are more negatives than positives at this complex, the only good is that everyday i am grateful that i moved. But don't take my word for it. Your welcome to believe someone who's simple gripe is paying rent and sign's off cool beans or who i suspect is former leasing agent as she is known to prowl and lurk around the corners of Cascadia pointe adding to its gritty and dirty facade!

lol y is this review from 2007? Who waits for 4 hours for a manager? lol. This website is juss like gossipreport.com haha... yea i live here and the only thing i dont like is paying rent!!! and parking is not so great, but the management let me know before i signed my lease so its wutever... cool beans!
