I lived in Cascadia for just over a year, and it was awful. Not only did I have a lot of problems there when I lived there. But I deep cleaned that apartment before turning in my keys. I repainted a damaged room, spot and steam cleaned all the carpets, deep cleaned the kitchen, bathrooms and scrubbed all the walls. I left that apartment (which was not renovated) in better condition than it was when I moved in and they still charged to paint the walls, clean the apartment and the carpets and to replace the countertops in the kitchen which did not need it. They charged me almost 350 dollars and gave me only 7 days to pay it before trying to send me to collections. These apartments are ridiculous, don't ever rent here!
