This apartment was beter in the begining. I think normal noise levels would be Ok but we had a set of insane monkies living above us. The manager was never in the office and it was often closed when we needed something. There are no boxes for package delivery and she wouldn't stay while the mail was delivered garaunteeing we couldn't get packages. This despite the mail coming during posted office hours. I don't know where she goes for 3 or 4 hours every day, but she closed the office and left, often after coming in late and would then leave early. The enterance to our apartment was actually around the back of the building down a pathway beside some woods, the light was often out and not replaced very quickly when reported. The managers son drove his pickup truck through my sliding glass door and into my living room narrowly missing my husband. (yes even around the back he was able to do this with a bit of effort) The patio was poorly repaired and always looked unsafe afterwards, I was worried the neighbors might fall on top of us if they used their balcony. The maintenance staff tried hard, but were poorly trained and didn't seem to know how to fix stuff.
