For an apartment in Everett on highway 99 it's a palace, but by my standards it was far from it.
The manager was very kind but was rarely in the office during posted office times.
Parking was pretty bad during the night, I had a covered parking spot but my room mate had to fend for guest parking which was often hard to find.
Maintenance was a short of hit and miss deal. When we complained about a leak under our sink it was fixed immediately, but when we had problems with our dryer not working it took quite a while to get the issue resolved.
The windows are double pained, but do nothing to keep cold air out.
The apartment noise was the usual apartment noise you get when you live in any short of apartment.
Although, often times I was woken up in the middle of the night to drunken spanish being sang in the parking lot, car bass or people shouting. The cops also frequented the parking lot.
There was also minimal communication between the manager and the tenents.
