I have lived here for some time and overall have enjoyed my apartment very much. The manager is SO nice! Honestly, I have been apartment hopping EVERYWHERE in the Everett area for the past few years, and I have NEVER met a manager as nice, kind and understanding as her. Best of all, she is incredibly honest in comparison to some apartments' rental agents.
