I have lived here for several years. We have gone through several managers and maintenance personnel. Each one of them has had good and bad qualities. They have made promises to fix problems and so far never have. The current management is nice and courteous, but recently have become unavailable except by telephone/e-mail messages. The office has been closed, the post office cannot deliver packages here anymore. The building I live in has mold problems and broken, cracked windows that have been reported, but not replaced. The complex is overrun by stray/feral cats. Parking, lighting and safety are all big issues here that are not being addressed. My car was stolen twice in two years and broken into once. Lastly, ever since Walmart moved in across the street, the traffic has increased, we have only one way in/out of the complex onto 99, dodging jaywalkers and cars u-turning in our driveway. You get what you pay for here, if you want something nicer, you'll have to pay more.
