The management is poor! I had my walk through done when I moved out and was told everything was fine so therefore, fully expected to get the max refund of deposits. A month later I got a check in the mail for not even half of the refundable deposits. I tried to reach the manager (not the assistant manager) by phone several times and we continually played phone tag. I would leave messages letting her know when the best time to reach me was, but oddly enough, she would never call back at that time. She left a message saying that the assistant manager was new and didn't really know how to do the walk-throughs properly. The manager did a walk-through after I was there and didn't tell me in advance that she was doing one. She then stated all these things were wrong with the apartment so that is why I received much less of a refund than I expected. This was a load of S***!!!!! The issues with the apartments are that there is not proper ventilation and mold issues which cause it to smell musty and stale in there!
