We keep hearing this area is high-crime but so far so good, really. The other day my neighbour's car was broken into.. someone smashed the window. That was the first and only thing so far [we've been here 3 months] that raised concerns. As for management, sometimes they are slow to get the ball moving. We've had a few problems with things breaking, but so far the maintenance service has been prompt. The parking issue is really a prominent complaint, and it is justified. Whenever friends come to visit, you have to have them either park in someone's assigned spot and listen for "the honk" [anyone who lives here know what that is all about], or have them park at the hotel across the street which is a long walk. There are what, 300 units and only 15 visitor parking spaces' What rocket science drop-out devised that plan'
Other than that.. this place is surprisingly nice. Not too noisy, despite a lot of children running around and a playground across the street. Nice, friendly neighbours. Close to everything you would need.
