I wrote this in March, it is June now. Electric is averaging at $50/month, don't believe them when they tell you $30. Still haven't had a utility bill, will keep you updated. We had an "altercation" with a neighbour the other night which resulted in the cops being called. Paraphrased from what I wrote about it at the time:

"We just had to call a towtruck to get these -------s out of our parking spot after laying on the horn for 20 minutes to no avail. Magically they showed up as the towtruck was driving off.

And now they're yelling at us that they're going to slash our tires when we go to bed, and "have fun trying to leave tomorrow!". We called the cops at security's request and of course they are denying everything."

Management has said nothing to us thus far. We had a peace offering of an "I'm sorry" note from the neighbour in question the next day, but it doesn't make us un-wary.
