This place is a slum! It is not uncommon to be woke up at 3:30 AM with crack music vibrating your walls. The new management is as bad as the old S&J Management/owners. If you file a written complaint you are told that they will have a ?nice friendly talk?, with the people. Now that is something nice to tell your kids when they are woke up. Right now there are at least five other people that are waiting for their lease to end so that they can get out of here. One of the biggest problems are from the Navy people in apartment R302. There have been numerous complaints filed with no response form the so called management here. Anyone and I do mean anyone who even thinks of moving to this slum is crazy. It has been stated the only people that stay here once their lease is up are the crazies and druggies! Run from Covington Farms!
