My husband and I have been here for 9 months or so, and we definitely haven't had the problems that some people have had. We are fortunate to live next to a great neighbor, and most of the people who are in our building (F) are pretty quiet. There's small children, but no drug dealers, etc. We have been annoyed with people in the parking lot playing loud rap music and yelling at night, but it doesn't happen very often.

The maintenence is very prompt. Like someone else said, utilities are much higher than they tell you up front. Parking is horrible, though. We pay for an extra spot and have had people park in it numerous times. But you can't leave your car on the street because we've had our car egged, sprayed with soda, and our windshield was busted up. The office staff has also misplaced or sent back received packages several times.

Overall, it's an okay apartment for the price, and it's close to everything we need. We are planning on moving when our lease is up because we need more room and are hoping to move farther south. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
