We used to live here 7 1/2 years ago and we are moving back after selling our house to save up some money for a move to the midwest...We really enjoyed these apartments and we looked all over Everett for a large apartment to fit all of our household stuff. These aparmtnets are spacious and cheap...a great combination. The parking does leave a lot to be desired but overall the apartments are great. We did have our car window broken once but this is Everett and the same thing happens at Avalon and they charge you considerably more for a much smaller apartment. They could use a little more lighting in the parking lot though... Move here...it isn't as bad as some people say!
