Dont move to Covington Farms because your deposit will never be enough to cover all the charges that they going to charge you
now they charge for everything when there is not enough parking if you have a nice car there is for sure that is going to be stolen the manager its rude and the staff its unprofesional. I had a bad experience there when I moved out I clean my carpet and brough an invoice and by washington law if you proof that you clean your apt profesionaly they dont have to charge you and also when you move-in they tells you if you give an invoice you will not get charge for carpet clean. Dont belive the because they liying. my car got broken into so many times there and there is not a safe place if you have childrens.....
