We moved in to the apartment in Sept 05 and moved out Jun 06. Moving in was ok except we had to park on the other side of the complex for a few weeks because thay did not have enough parking spots by our building. When we did get new parking spots my car was towed because they double booked a spot and residents have the right to tow. They didn't charge me for the towing since it was their fault. That was nice of them but that was also under an old manager. The spots we did get were really small, almost all of ther spots are small. Our cars had several door dings from the people that parked beside us. Not very clean. There is mold/moss growing on the sides of the building and in the apartments. We complained about this and they told us a peice of paper in the lease contract mentioned how to deal with mold. What did the paper say "open your windows periodicaly". That is what I want to do in winter. We complained about neighbors and they told us we could leave notes on their doors or we could call the police if we felt it was severe enough. Basically they were no help at all and they don't seem to care about the tennants that live there. The only people they care about is the perspective tennants.
I'll go down the list
Parking: Small spaces. If you have a full size anything don't look here
Noise: Everyone in the world has a car alarm going off. People use the complex as a shortcut so it is like a steet.
Grounds: They never cleaned the ponds or trimed the bushes while we were there. Tree roots coming up through the parking spots/road way.
Safety: Did not feel safe, poor lighting and dirty exterior mostly.
construction: Looks like it was built in the seventies. Our fridge was broke and made noises, their reply was does it keep your food cold.
Maintenance: Took a few tries to fix the garbage disposal leak. never did fix the oven light.
Office staf: Unwelcoming unless you have money to give them.
Overall: Bad, even for a low rent level.

Forgot to add that we did not get our deposit back and ended up owing money because they say it took a professional cleaner 10 hours to clean out 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. When asked to provide an itemized list they said they could not tell what they cleaned only that it took the cleaning crew 10 hours to clean.

I moved out in July, lived there for 4 years, and I they say I owe them a lot. They said they need to replace the carpet, when I was told by old management that I would not be responsible for the carpet since the upstair tentants toilet overflood for 8 hours into my apartment. There other toilet leaked and the 1st bathroom ceiling was repaired 3 times due to their toilet. I have a picture of the mushrooms growing outside of my apartment. After 3 years, you are not responisble for painting, cleaning, etc. But, not according to them. They charged me for everything. I even filled my nail holes.
