Within the first two weeks my car got stolen two times! The second time it was stolen they burned my car rolled it down a hill and into a house. The security has changed since then, but, things still aren't up to snuff.
When I orginally moved in at Covington Farms my rent was $660 with two parking spots, now it is $706 with one parking spot and now they are raising it to $950. This increase in monthly rent payments happened all within 1 1/2 years.
I asked them why they were raising it so high and they told me that they compare to the apartments around them which is a complete lie because they are 8 blocks or less away from casino road - which is the complete butthole of everett. In reply to that they said that they don't compare to apartments north of them.

----------So, what - they get to pick and choose what apartments they think they're worthy to compare to' UH NO!----------

They up keep on the pools always have little dust bunnies and chunks of whatever in them... and office sucks. the walls are dirty dusty and caked with crap. There's only one person in the office that's worth talking to. They've gone through 6 managers since i've lived here.. its horrible. i absolutely hate it.

Parking is a nightmare... good luck! you cant have company over...they tell you to park at the chevron... and hopefully your car wont get stolen... like it would in your own parking spot!

Drug dealers are constantly coming in and out of there with their loud music..

Maintance.. i've had the same problem since i've moved in.. and its never been fixed properly.. over the 10 times i've had them do it!
