Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1996
 
Don't move there unless you like living in an area infested with drugs (meth) and homeless people digging through dumpsters and breaking into cars. I had my car vandalized a few times and the management sucked. That was 10 years ago, and from what I've seen and heard it's gotten worse.
