Parking and Rude Neighbors are my only complaint

My only complaint with my apartment are my rude neighbors who bring pit bulls onto the property and allow them to chase the ducks. And, the parking, which has gotten better but still leaves some to be desired. I have actually lived here twice, once before my husband and I bought our house and now while we are saving up for a move. I do want to say, that it is annoying though when the managment constatnly is wanting to enter your apartment to do maintenance on the fireplace flue or the inspection for insurance. Overall, the apartments are large but the rent has gone up from what was once a low price for the size. Now, they are priced in the high 900's for a 3 bedroom not including parking spots and garbage...
