I moved in to these apartments in august from San Diego, Ca. I have always lived in ghetto areas. But nothing compares to this. Horrible!!! Within a week of moving in, my car gets broken in to, a month later they steal the car. Cockroaches everywhere. My bathrooms smell like smoke because my damn neighbor chain smokes in her apartment. If anyone parks in your ONE parking spot and you complain, the management pretty much tells you to f*** off. My wife just got supoened to go to court as a witness to a crime that was comitted right in front of our apartment. I have a wife and a five year old child. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Seriously...

I have lived at Covington Farms for 3 1/2 years and I have NEVER seen a roach here. The office staff is always helpful. Plus they always greet you with smile. :) Whoever wrote the original comment had to be delusional or nasty.
