My husband and I moved into covington in june 2006. the first few months were great but in the last 4 months everything has gone down hill. Our car window was broken and the only thing they stole was a emergancy car kit. then a month or so later someone tired to steal our car and broke the igniton. everytime we put in a work order it would take them at least a month to fix it. the worst was when our washer leaked and they didnt fix it for over a month. there is puke all over outside after people party all night. and people steal each others parking spots. these may be cheap but not safe at all.
