This was the worst place I have ever rented from. The day I moved in, both of my closets fell off the hinges. Loud, nosy neighbors. Got the animal control called on me 4 times in 1 week in a half because my dog went out and laid on my balcony. Thats abuse...just so you know. Im pretty sure my schitzo neighbor across the hall killed someone because at 3am or so a swat team came up to break the door down. There parking issues are so messed up. i mean really, how hard can it be to manage a parking lot. My car was towed out of MY OWN SPOT! One day I came home to someone parked in my spot. The office told me to park in future resident parking...then had my car towed. The management is made up of a bunch of awful biotches. They tried to charge me when i moved out to fix something that was already messed up when i moved in. I told them to get bent. Do the same and rent somewhere else.

Amen. This is the worst ghetto complex in South Everett. Go ahead and move there if you want your car broken into and ------ management that doesn't give a damn.
