I have lived there for just over a year by myself, and I will agree that parking could be nightmare for people with more than one vehicle. However, I had friends visit and never had them have problems parking when they would visit me. The parking situation has now changed, however, from assigned parking to permit parking which has made that situation a lot better.
I have never had problems with dealing with on-site security so I have no idea if they are "racists" as one person has said, and I am a minority myself.
The biggest problem I had was with kids climbing onto my balcony a few times I left my sliding glass door open and stealing video games from my apartment. That issue was fixed by me simply being smarter and locking my sliding door.
Every complex has its ups and downs and I have not yet dealt with the moving out process, but I can say that this place was good enough for me to renew my lease, and my price never went up until I renewed my lease (which is always bound to happen and it was $15 more) uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

Yuck! I've been here almost a year and I really don't like it.My apt. MAYBE gets 2hrs. of sun a day and that is only in my bedroom. The grounds have a problem with drainage,when it really gets to raining you see standing water everywhere,walking on the grass is more like walking in mud,the grass just keeps you from sinking. Very few people pick up after their dogs. Trash everywhere,mail boxes,bushes,sidewalks. The dumpsters are always overflowing with garbage,expect to see rats soon. Some of the kids here are just plain mean and vandelous. Management wants to appear concerned and professional, but they have no heart,to them its just a paycheck. Can't wait to move.

The reason people like that review stay anonymuos is cause they are the lazy pieces of crap that throw furniture around the dumpters and set the garbage next to the compactor instead of puttin it in it proper place. Its people like that whos kids are the ones running around doing such things.

It may not be as bad as some people make it out to be, but it is still pretty bad. Noise is a big issue...both due to loud kids and thin walls. The dumpsters are always overflowing. People regularly double park, and you often end up having to park far from your apartment due to open parking. This is not good if you are a female who works late hours... The front office people are nice, but have no follow through.
