After moving out of Covington Farms because they would give anyone with a pulse an apartment we looked to collect our security deposit. We had paid more than one month's rent for our deposit and expected to recieve 75% of it back. After recieving our list of deductions and check, I immediately phoned my lawyer who recommended that I obtain the invoices for the deductions. To this point Covington Farms has been unable to produce these invoices. I will most likely have to sue them in court to get my deposit back. I would steer clear of any Holland Residential properties. You will have to fight tooth and nail to get your deposit back. That is not honest business... It is fraud.
