My family & I recently moved to Covington Farms after selling our house. The staff has always been friendly and nice, and our maintenance issues have been resolved within 24 hours of request. Yes, parking is an issue, but I think that would be the case with ANY apartment complex. I have two children and feel safe having them here. I do not know of any major safety issues. We do have neighbors who are noisy at times, but we learn to take the bad with the good. Overall, not a bad place to live. I've seen worse.

This was definitely written by an employee. Guaranteed. The people who live in this community definitely cannot communicate this clearly. Or have even a rudimentary grasp of basic english.

I am definitely NOT an employee, but I do have a High School diploma and do have a grasp of the English language. This apartment was good value for our budget, and is one of the most affordable places in the area. That, along with the fact is that it is within the same school district as where we lived before, was one of the many reasons why we chose it as a place to live. Why is it assumed that all good comments are from management?

Covington Farms is a total crack house. Go ahead and move there if you want to see homeless people going through the dumpsters and have your car vandalized or stolen.

OK i also live here and it sucks i can not wait until my lease is up.I have no idea where this person lived before to think this is a good and safe place to live. They do not fix things with 24, 48, even 72 hrs that is a joke. you can move down the road and pay $150.00 less then here! They are rude in the office, the trash is never picked up until it is coming out of the trash area. The parking is a joke.They have standing water ever place here. The pools were not open a lot in the summer, they closed down the kids park for about 20 days, the only place for kids to play and people have dogs that are well over 65lbs, i have even see pit-bulls here. The people in the office think that they are better then everyone here. They talk to you like you are stupid. The only thing this MIGHT be better then is living on casino and that is a big maybe.
