Nice but Horrible

Do not live here! Yes they may look nice but it is the worst place to live at. Parking is horrible! They are quick to tow your vehicles and late on helping your issues. We have a 3b 2b with 4 adults and 2 babies and our water bill was usually $40. Summer came around and they decided to have a fixed rate of $80 for water for a 3 bedroom. That is BS! The paint in the shower started chipping off the first wk we moved in and they said they couldn't do anything about it cause we only had 48 hrs to tell them bout broken things. Little Kids running in the street with no parents around. Residents are getting beat up when they go take out the trash. You got vehicles getting broken into. Security sucks here! Some people have no respect at night time. They are driving around with loud music on and revving up the motors. I have a 9 month old son who sometimes can't sleep at night or take his afternoon naps because of the loudness.

OK i also live here and it sucks i can not wait until my lease is up.I have no idea where this person lived before to think this is a good and safe place to live. They do not fix things with 24, 48, even 72 hrs that is a joke. you can move down the road and pay $150.00 less then here! They are rude in the office, the trash is never picked up until it is coming out of the trash area. The parking is a joke.They have standing water ever place here. The pools were not open a lot in the summer, they closed down the kids park for about 20 days, the only place for kids to play and people have dogs that are well over 65lbs, i have even see pit-bulls here. The people in the office think that they are better then everyone here. They talk to you like you are stupid. The only thing this MIGHT be better then is living on casino and that is a big maybe.
