Well I am a resident of Country square apartments located in Everett Washington.
My advice to anyone planning to rent here is...
1: Don't answer your door unless you have crack to sell to your wonderful neighbors.
2: Don't own a vehicle. your towing bill will exceed the cost of a brand new car.
3: Do NOT have a job! Your better off here if your on welfare or sell drugs.
4: DON'T DRINK THE WATER! I thought Montezuma's revenge was a wivestale!
You may think I'm being sarcastic or worse I understand. Truth is I'm not. This place sucks and I'm sorry but that's the only word to be quite honest.
If your a crackhead or sleazeball sure move on in great you'll fit right in. But! My advice to any respectable or honest hard working people is simple "Find somewhere else!".
