I have lived here for a year. My neighbors are very quiet I never hear them. Maintance is always fixed for me in a quick fashion. My only negative is the spider issue. I have huge spiders that I can not kill or get them to move. I had an issue with parking someone taking my spot I got a couple towed and it never happened again. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
