The manager is CRazy! Really rude, has no understanding of customer service. The leasing girls are fine. There is only ONE trash disposal for the entire property (28 buildings!). It takes me like 10 minutes to walk there. The mail is also on only ONE side of the property. My car got towed when I parked on a spot that wasnt clearly marked. The renovated units look nice, but the one we were in had brown carpeting with stains, brown cabinets, tiny tiny bathroom, and the storage room had cobwebs, dirt and spray paint all over it. We got a good price on it though. The constant lawn mowing in the spring an summer is really loud and annoying. Wont let you take a summer afternoon nap! The pool is renovated this year, but last year it was slimy and gross. No laundry in the units.
