I signed up for year and it was too late to realize how bad apt unit I moved in. Bad dishwasher and there was Lot of mold in it. Carpet was hell dirty. It is irrespective that they want people move in the apt in bad condition.

I do not recommend you to move in this apt complex

I agree, we just moved out and I noticed that we too had mold, but don't worry we weren't charged for that because they painted right over it :) How nice.. Not only that but we had flying ants in the window sills and bathroom. They over cost on move out expenses. There also were water leakage problems.
