Cons: Loud Mariachi music constantly booming in the parking lot.
One garbage dumpster in the entire complex.
Shady,deceiving, management that will take you for every dollar when you move out.
Black mold.
Screaming kids running rampant.
Too few parking spaces
Old appliances
Old nasty brown carpet
Neighbors with Pit bulls

I thank him for telling me about the -------- because that makes me NOT want to live there. They are very loud and throw trash everywhere. I lived in Las Vegas and everything changed when they call came in. I guess it's their culture, but at Burlington Coat Factory, which was my favorite store, once they all moved in the place became a mess. Their kids run wild, they don't control them. When they knock something off a hanger -- they don't pick it up! We even had a neighbor build a chicken coop on her front porch. No thank you. I don't like their loud, messy culture and I don't want to be around it. Even a simple thing, like them crossing a driveway when you're waiting in your car... another race will wave "thanks" and step up the pace but they act like they don't see you and take their sweet time walking. This is VERY consistent, I have seen it over and over and over.
