Some of my neighbors are really very nice and they are discluded from this comentary. We all had the same complaints about the "party type people" that have drunken yelling fights or loud party talk several nights a week right outside our windows in the parking lot. Another problem is the vandalism that was going on. The staff disregarded my telling them that the problems were getting serious and worse around here and instead insinuated that I may be prejudiced and that everything was fine...but other staff out of ear shot of the manager totally agreed with me and said they have to lie to remain face & keep it quiet about the problems so they don?t lose anymore renters. For the record I am not prejudice of anyone & feel very insulted from that veiled slur. Color of the skin...is due to where our ancestors originated from...the darker the skin, the closer to the equator and the hot sun. Skin pigment originally was evolved to protect one from the elements of the sun. Less exposure to sun and less intensity the less color of the pigment.

Things did eventually get better, but it took too long. I felt very disrespected by the managers tone of voice and the words she chose to use whenever I had a request or complaint, which I voiced very respectfully...maybe that was the problem...I wasn?t rude, demanding & confrontational. You?ll have to stick to your guns and be ready to be shot down even if undeservingly...so be prepared to be ready for that type of person if you live there and have any neighbor, maintenence, or rent discrepancy problems...
