The floor plan isn't my ideal and the kitchen is very small. I like the view of the golf course, but the pond they have breeds mosquitos which flock to my balcony. I don't blame the apt complex for this, rather the golf course. I like the deck storage, but wish the bedroom closets were a bit biger. I like th full sixed washer/dryer but wish they weren't in teh bathroom, the doors open awkwardly to use them I can't open the other doors at the same time, makes it hard to exit with an armfull of laundry. The walls and cieling are super thin!!! I hear everything my neighbors say. The windows all facing the parking lot was a mistake as that is a very noisy situation. Cars with loud raidos wake me up nightly, then car alarms go off all night as well. My apartment is situated so every car must pass it though, so other areas of the complex might not be as bad. I love the kids play yard, but warn you to look carefully before you let your kids play in it. I have found broken bottles and other sharp objects in the mulch from people partying there at night. I like the basket ball court and pool as well and they are well maintained. I like the cheesy get togethers they arrange in the clubhouse, the kids easter Egg Hunt was a lot of fun. The staff is very nice and helpful and in the office during the posted hours. Once they even called me to say I had a package there I wasn't aware of. They do seem interested in keeping the pla nice to live in and are good about thinking fairly. It's good to remind kids not to play in the street but also remind drivers to look out. I like that attitude that we work to gether to make it a nice environment and the problems aren't all one sided. It is very noisy though, so I'm moving out despite likeing the place. I'd recommend living on a corner on the 3rd floor at the end of the complex to minimize noise levels.
