The management staff was unprofessional. The maintenance people took three months to fix one of our toilets that was broken when we moved in. The didn't consider it a priority because we had another toilet. We paid for two bathrooms and couldn't even use one of them. There was never a conditions report filled out. My mom helped me clean it when we left. Clear down to scrubbing out the oven, fridge and some of the walls. They tried to claim that we ruined the carpet but it was in poor shape when we moved in. Their people will adamantly pursue you to collect debts they THINK you owe and in most cases successfully get the debt attached to your credit report even though they never had a conditions report to base damages on that didn't exist. There were major parking problems. Also disturbance problems with the neighbors were not ever delt with. I advise people looking NOT to rent from Deer Creek
