Want to live with thugs' If you like living next to drug dealers, listening to blasting bass all night, having to park 3 buildings down (even though you paid for a carport), listening to fights, listening to latin musica until 3 in the morning, then this place is for you! Management doesn't care if you sell drugs out of their complex, they're getting their rent on time!

With all due respect, Kaci was great, but when she left it all went to hell. There are no dog pickup stations. There is no professionalism from the staff. Not to mention that they are now refusing to renew any leases because they are remodeling...but didn't tell us that until 2 weeks before our lease was due. Correction - I called to get our new lease and was told after the fact. Nice notice. We can pay $200 more for a "nicely renovated unit", but are they going to get rid of the parties, drug dealing, music, fights, violence, and more'

I have had to call either the police or security at least once a month. On a positive note, security is prompt and professional, but they shouldn't have to deal with the same creeps over and over. Where is the responsibility of the apartment management to weed out the criminals'

If you are a hard-working family who appreciates peace, quiet, and safety, then you should look elsewhere. This place seems to champion their ghetto standing.

It was recently purchased by another company and is now Centre Pointe something. I wish them the best of luck in cleaning up the mess they have on their hands. Maybe the new units will be nice, but unless they can truly screen their applicants and use a little discretion, rather than looking to fill a unit, they will never get into a higher class of apartment life.

You will be happy to here that the new company is very on top of it from what I see so far. They now screen for evictions, felonies, misdemeanors, and I think foreclosures. I really like it here. So far I like it here and no criminals on my door step.
