And the manager on site (Linda) was the nicest, most helpful person I've met on my apartment search. The exteriors and hallways are 'construction bare' but the studio apartment I saw was BEAUTIFUL inside. Spotless with all new appliances including a new washer and dryer. They are cleaning up the place inside and out, and considering how obscenely high rents are around here, you really should give this place a second look. I'll be moving in at the end of the month and am very excited to do so.
