I just moved into these apartments and i really like my place. I wish I could own my own house so i am not happy throwing my money away every month but for the price it is good. They could do some upgrading on the apartments like the cabinets cause they date the apartments and are not so nice looking in my place. I do wish there was trim around the floor cause it looks nicer and the "wood" bedroom/closet doors should be replaced with maybe white doors. Other than that everything is new or nearly new. I dont hear my neighbors except random people in the halls walking by loudly on occassion. Parking hasent been a problem and the interior hallways which i wasent so happy about are very bright and updated well! Office staff has been friendly to me everytime i see them. The area is not the best to begin with but I would say its the best deal around.

I gotta agree with this review. They aint "new" apts and could have done so minor things better. Maybe they got more to still do. I got a 2 bedroom and its allright. Mine is way quiet but a buddy of mine lives here and hes got a nieghbor thats up alot at night. So its a roll of the dice on who will soround you. The sheriffs are here patrolin and I like it. If there was something to go down they be right here to respond. Nice ladies in the office.

Here is an update on Eagle's Landing Apartments. It used to be a rundown ---- hole of a complex a few years ago. It was cheap and you did not have to get screened to move in. Guess who lived there? The crappiest people. It was bought a couple of years ago, got new management and the owners upgraded it. They put some money into it and fixed it up. They rescreened all tenants that wanted to stay and if they didnt pass they were asked to move. All new residents have to pass the screening as well. They have cleaned house and have rented to more respectful residents. Are the managers perfect, no are the apartments, no but what complex does in this price range?? It is a 100 times better than before and it has helped the area alot
