I used to live here as a child when it was formally Brittany Court, you know, when it WASN'T A DUMP! This place is horrible. Especially DON'T LIVE ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR. My patio might as well be a freeway with the amount of foot traffic the passes it. Not to mention, my inspiration to write this artcile is the fact its 8:29 in the morning and I've gotten to hear my neighbors have sex, one of them leave for work, and the other is now playing videogames so loud its echoing in my apartment. There's never any parking because all the partiers' friends take it all up. Our apartment was a dump when we moved in, but we needed a place. Mold in the sliding glass door and bathroom. Our "brand new" fridge broke within 3-days of being here, as was our washer/dryer broken when we moved in. It took a week or so. Then it broke again about a year later and took THREE WEEKS to get it repaired. By that time my clothes were nice and moldy and everything. The management just said "Go to the laundry matt next door". The outgoing mailbox has been stolen. The inside hallways have been vandalized. Our bike was even stolen, right off our patio! To sum it up: Looks like ghetto Casino Road has snuck its way over to 128th street!

Give yourself a pat on the back for taking the time to rag on a place you called home for over a year and still sounds like you live there. It seems that you didn't get your way with something so you went on this outrage to cut a property that I have seen go from a dump when it was Brittany Court to a place I LOVE to call home. Get your facts straight before ragging on the place as you have no clue and if you hate it so bad move out. Eagles Landing could do alot better without ungrateful people like you. As far as the idiot that responded I am sure glad they evicted all the old tenants from Brittnay Court as it is a much better place now. You must still be mad because you were one that was evicted for illegal activities or couldn't pay your rent or just couldn't pass your background check which is probably your case. I am one of the Lucky ones that was able stay and watch the place turn around and become such a great place to live as you are still bitter because they evicted you, good luck with your fun on a lawsuit that doesn't even exist idiot. Get a life!

wow, what a great job those "off duty" cops are doing there, even with seven or eight sheriff department cars staked within 50 or so feet of the complex at least four nights a week they can't even stop something as brainless as vandalism, I guess they are too busy harassing other law abiding tenants. Join the other people in the fun with the class action lawsuit filed by several other tenants that were illegally evicted last spring and summer.

I have friends that live here. Their neighbors are intrusive and disrespectful and the neghborhood is shady to say the least. I hope they get out of there and fast!

Hello from the Eagles office! Management will be unable to assist residents with any issues if a resident does not communicate with the staff. We can only address problems we are aware of. If you are having a maintenance issue, noise complaints with neighbors or any other problems on the property we need to be notified. We can not just evict someone off of one complaint and judges wont issue an order if we dont at least try 3 times with legal notices. As for parking we are on 9 acres of land and have over 300 parking spaces. Only 98 of those are reserved carport spaces for residents and only half of them are even rented. We do not have a parking issue on our property. Of course with any parking area, residential or business, the closet parking spot to your apartment may not always be available. The neighborhood is changing. We are committed to cleaning up our side of the street and are reaching out to our neighbors to help get this area less "shady". As for the Deputies we value and appreciate their hardwork and presence. If you have an intrusive neighbor then you need to make your boundaries known, it is up to each individual to take charge of how people treat them. We are not counselors but we try to help when we can. Remember- we are not the bad guys- work with us and we will work with you. This will be our only response to this review. If you are a resident, please come into our office to discuss and resolve issues you may have. Thank you from the Eagle's Landing Staff.
