I used to live here. It was a nightmare from the start. I moved there because the rent was the lowest I could find, and because of the remodel. But don't let that fool you! The walls are so thin you can hear everything from all of the apartments around you. My neighbor upstairs was so noisy, and you could hear really disgusting sounds coming from the apartment. People use the back of the apartment for a path- no privacy- they literally stare at you when going by and I had several people stop and look as though they were staking-out the apartments. There is garbage all over the place and all the time. Dog poop all over too. Lots of noise also. Stereos booming all the time, people fighting and yelling, kids running amuck. The dumpsters have all kinds of junk surrounding them all of the time- such an eyesore. They raised my rent up $125 a month for a one bedroom-- YOU have got to be kidding me!! I was seriously disgraced by this place. I was always embarrassed to have company come over (and usually didn't). The management is sort of ok. They just have a very indifferent attitude and act like they don't give a S--t if you complain. The Sheriff is almost always parked somewhere on the property and they make this sound like a good thing. There is no such thing as an off duty police. They are always on duty, as when their sworn in to service. They are there because the crime was so bad they had to do something to try to scare-off the perpetraitors. The fire alarms would go off and it was from someone setting them off on purpose. The outgoing mailbox was broken into- so residents have to bring their mail to the office or post office for delivery. NOT a good thing. The maintennance staff is so slow too. It took several requests just to get a couple of minor things fixed-- ah- almost three weeks!

I absolutely agree with this review! I currently live in Eagles Landing and I HATE IT! I can't wait to get out of there. I am in the process of breaking my lease to move somewhere else. I HATE IT! My car windows were broken in and the complex did nothing. The Sheriff refused to file a report. I hate it! There is soooo much drugs at the complex, I don't feel safe letting my kids to play. I don't feel safe living at these apartments at all. I would never recommend this complex to anyone! It is horrible. A living nightmare

LOL, what is so funny about this review is I was her neighbor and she was part of the problem in our building! She let her kids run wild in the building and associated with people here that did the things she complained about. Amazing the way people percieve things.
