seriously this place is absolutely terrible! The manager favors certain people ( the ones who pretend to be godly and go to church ) , and then hates and tells private tenant information about others that dont kiss @$$. Management doesn't charge consistent rates. My neighbor that has the EXACT SAME apartment is charged almost $200 less. She also works with some people on paying their rent late, and tells others too bad . The rules are " no person with a felony will be allowed to reside on the premises " but she has a lady cleaning the apartments that talks proudly and loudly about having priors for meth! ( which the cleaning lady isn't on the lease and lives in the apartments as well ) And i can almost guarantee that almost each weekend you will hear yelling because a certain married couple cant keep to themselves ( we have come out of our apartment at 2am to listen to the ghetto screams on multiple occasions ). There are tons of druggies and super ghetto people here. I wont even allow my children to play with the kids here because they are so naughty. I know the place is cheap, but you get what you pay for! RUN RUN RUN.
