Most terrible experience ever. I can't park here, I can't sleep here, can't even walk around without fearing for my life. Staff horrible, maintenance cannot fix a thing (I had to do all repairs). They say they have the new "substation" for Snohomish County Sherrifs, I have yet to see a cop in the complex. A scary place to raise kids, which is why I'm moving. My car has been vandalized 4-5 times, maily because they took the reserved parking for each unit away from us and then wanted to charge us, so never any parking, have to park on side of street, very unsafe. Extremely scary living conditions, crime on weekly basis. Please care about yourself and loved ones and do not move here.
