I dont feel at all that this place is a bad place to live. I have seen police through here many times using the substation as there office. I dont feel unsafe here either because I let my children play outside. This place has cleaned up alot since the new management has been here. I have to disagree with you about the maint staff to when ever I have turned in a work order it has always been complete in a timely manner. Also parking can be a issue at times but talking to the mamangement always seems to help.
