Obviously the last couple of good comments about fairhaven downs are from the manager or the staff you can tell by the words they use like Maintenance "crew" and the "grounds" look nice and how about the way they try to sell the washer and dryer and balcony and themselvs by saying management is friendly and are helpful ugh makes me f&*king sick to my stomach fairhaven downs was my home for almost two years i liked the apartment my husband did not it was kindof ghetto but from what i have heard managment kicked out half the trash that made it ghetto i did move from there because i didnt feel it was safe anymore all the little ghetto hood rat gangster wannabes runnin the whole apartment complex at all hours of the day and night im just writing this because i wanted my say about the managers and people who work in the office who try to sell their apartment complexon this site DONT YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE BETTER TO DO you know your company is not that great and you know they dont pay you enough to spend your free time on the computer trying to sell your apartments
