There have been some issues in the past, but what a differance now. Things are getting done and the rules are being enforced, and I have my own reserved parking spot. It is for the most part quiet and in a good location with very few problems. I was going to move but now I plan on staying, I would give it 4 stars on my star scale.

I agree, this place really needs the rules enforced. Without that being done this place could and would turn into a slum. I've lived here for 4 years and have never really had a problem that stands out. I really do recommend living here. You make your own misery.
